A lot of what I've learned about painting didn't come from tattooing.
It came from studying classical watercolor technique, understanding tattoo pigment chemistry, experimenting, and working through a lot of failed paintings.
Over time, that led to a simpler system that removed much of the confusion around painting flash- built to make the process more reliable in my own work first.
